I was just reading a piece by someone who said they understood the benefits of mindfulness but "can't meditate".
That tells me they don't understand meditation - mindfulness meditation at least. Because the fact is everyone can do it. It's just sitting still and noticing whatever happens. There's nothing to "achieve". If you're mind is racing, just notice that. Sit still and notice it. So really, if you say you can't meditate, you're saying you can't sit still. What? Sure you can.
